The receptionists were fantastic and they made our stay even better. We arrived just after 12pm so we were too early to check in but the receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early. During our stay we had to go to reception a few times for queries and the staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. When we checked out the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could get a taxi to the airport. The local taxi service was very busy so it was difficult to get a driver but she stayed on the phone to try get a taxi for us.

Our room was on the seventh floor, offering a fantastic view. It was very clean and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linens provided each day. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and if you rent a car, free parking is available.

Desk staff was very helpful. The lobby area was nice (we were even able to watch a football match) Room was small but comfortable. My friends did not like the bed but I found my single to be ok.

The room was spacious, the staff did their best to help us have a lovely stay. The hotel also offers a lovely bar and an evening snack. Highly recommended and also very good breakfast The wifi was also good

The staff were exceptionally helpful and quick to help, especially Riccardo and Sylvia. Unfortunately I dont know the names of the all the staff, but they too were extremely helpful, be it at reception, housekeeping and at breakfast.

The whole staff was really nice and spoke good english. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed was very firm and comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the sea, such a great room honestly. Also the breakfast is an excellent deal, for 6€ you get a variety of fresh, filling and very tasty foods that accommodates most dietary restrictions.

We drove to the hotel where there was plenty of free parking both on site and on the street. Staff were very helpful. Room was a generous size and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and good value.Quiet location.Restaurants and cafes a short walk away in the Main Street but not a lot of variety. We didn’t use any public transport during our stay so can’t comment on it

Andrea, the hotel manager, goes over and beyond, to accommodate your requests and provides you with excellent customer care. I loved my experience at the BW. He also leads a great team... It's not surprising when you lead from the back. I would like a shoutout to the woman in the breakfast room in particular, and to the many staff who helped me at reception, Beatrice, the Silvia's and all the others whom I unfortunately don't remember all of their names.

Room is spacious with a balcony to hang your wet clothes. Close to Poetto beach but quite far from the city center but accessible with bus. Service is really good with very friendly staff. Good value for the money.

We had a wonderful room with a double bed, a single bed and a balcony, although I booked a room with 2 single beds (twin bedroom). Very spacious and convenient.
